In this role, you will assist with litigation matters before the Landlord and Tenant Board, including rent arrears applications and more complex multi-tenant proceedings. You will work under the guidance of senior paralegal while gaining hands-on experience managing files.

The successful candidate should have experience with, or an interest in developing experience in, handling a high volume of cases, primarily involving institutional landlords.

The firm also conducts appeals and judicial reviews on LTB matters before the Divisional Court, which requires the successful applicant to provide litigation support and be the firm's subject matter expert on appeals and judicial reviews.
