Our journey began with perimeter and fencing infrastructure works. Over time, we expanded into piling and structural execution for solar plants, working with reputed industry players including Welspun Energy and ACME Solar Energy Pvt Ltd.

Between 2019–2025, across contractor and direct EPC roles, our completed and ongoing projects represent a total execution portfolio of 250+ MW (AC).

Currently, we provide end-to-end EPC services, from site survey to plant commissioning and operation and maintenance services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Manapparai for a General Manager - Solar Plant Construction & Commissioning.

The General

Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar power plant construction and commissioning projects.

Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and teams across various phases such as site surveys, construction, and commissioning. Additional duties include ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing resources, and coordinating with clients to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Team Leadership skills, with demonstrated experience managing large-scale solar plant projects.
• Expertise in Construction Management, including site surveys, piling, and structural execution specific to solar plant construction.
• Knowledge of Solar EPC processes, commissioning, and O&M services.
• Strong grasp of Quality Assurance and Safety Standards in solar power projects.
• Proficiency in Resource Allocation for multi-phase projects.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and external parties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in solar EPC or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software; familiarity with updates in renewable energy technology trends is an advantage.
