About the job:

We are hiring an AI-native sales & marketing lead to build and run a consistent outbound pipeline for our US-based software consulting business. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with complete ownership of execution and results, and it does not involve managing a team. The primary focus of this role is to identify the right prospects, craft high-quality outreach, and generate qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites, and other publicly available sources.

2. Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists for outbound campaigns.

3. Create and send personalized cold emails and continuously refine messaging to improve response and conversion rates.

4. Design and execute multi-touch outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn channels.

5. Manage and update the company's website and LinkedIn presence to ensure consistent and relevant messaging.

6. Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems and use data to improve outcomes.

7. Run A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, and outreach strategies to optimize performance.

8. Maintain accurate CRM records, track all interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.

AI-native expectation:

1. The ideal candidate should naturally use AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms for research, writing, and analysis on a daily basis.

2. The candidate should instinctively think of using AI to improve speed, efficiency, and quality of output.

3. The candidate should be comfortable experimenting with AI-driven workflows to optimize outreach and campaign performance.

Required skills

1. The candidate should have experience or strong interest in B2B sales, lead generation, or marketing.

2. The candidate should have strong written communication skills, especially for crafting concise and compelling outreach emails.

3. The candidate should be comfortable conducting internet-based research using LinkedIn and other sources.

4. The candidate should have familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

5. The candidate should have a data-driven mindset and be comfortable working with performance metrics.

Qualifications

1. The candidate should have an MBA with a focus on marketing.

2. The candidate should have 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles, although freshers with strong AI skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred (Nice to have):

1. The candidate may have an interest in B2B IT services or consulting.

2. The candidate may have basic knowledge of SEO and website content management.

3. The candidate may have experience with outbound campaigns or A/B testing.

Success criteria:

1. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to consistently generate qualified meetings.

2. Success will also depend on the candidate's ability to run effective outbound campaigns and improve performance over time.

3. The candidate is expected to leverage AI to reduce manual effort while improving output quality and speed.

  • 3. Strong written communication and copywriting skills- ability to write concise, compelling outbound emails and voice calls.
  • 4. Comfort with internet-based prospect research and contact discovery (LinkedIn, company sites, press releases).
  • 5. Familiarity with CRMs and outbound/email tools (examples: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • 6. Organized, data-driven, and comfortable working with metrics to drive decisions.
  • 7. Comfortable managing a small team and prioritizing resources to meet goals.
  • 8. Professional, proactive attitude and willingness to be hands-on.
  • B. Preferred/Nice-to-have:
  • 1. Experience or strong interest in B2B software/IT services or consulting.
  • 2. Basic understanding of SEO and website content management (CMS experience).
  • 3. Experience creating or refreshing website content and LinkedIn posts for thought leadership.
  • 4. Ability to analyze A/B tests for subject lines, copy, and cadences.
  • 5. Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, basic data visualization).
