Data Scientist

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related technical role
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; or Active TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, including integrations, Performance Analytics, and/or custom application development
• Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Ability to work effectively in a classified, on-site environment

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, or Performance Analytics)
• Familiarity with development in JavaScript

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to support mission-critical programs in a cleared environment. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and platform integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem (ServiceNow is a vehicle to hold the data, all analysis is done in Tableau for Visualization) to deliver actionable insights for government and intelligence stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on data science experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions in a classified environment
• Build and integrate data science solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including Performance Analytics, custom applications, and workflow automation
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and mission-relevant insights
• Collaborate with government, intelligence, and internal technical teams to translate mission requirements into scalable analytics solutions
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making via Tableau
• Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and classified handling requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
