Role and Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Picker Packer position is a physically demanding role focused on building accurate pallets for bulk, route, and transport trucks. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, ensuring precise order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse safety standards. The role requires operating forklifts or electronic pallet jacks while working with electronic or printed order systems.

• Assemble pallets for bulk, route, and transport trucks
• Operate forklifts and electronic pallet jacks to move and stage product loads
• Process orders using electronic systems or printed order sheets
• Verify order accuracy and maintain proper documentation
• Follow warehouse procedures for load building and staging
• Unload raw materials and place them in assigned storage areas
• Load transport trucks with completed pallets and manage returned materials
• Select and stack products for bulk loading, shrink-wrap, and stage for delivery
• Customize route truck loads based on salesperson requests
• Unload returned products and packaging materials
• Lift cases weighing 20–45 lbs repeatedly during long shifts
• Engage in continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure a safe working environment

Primary Job Accountabilities:

• Use power pallet jacks or forklifts to pick and build loads according to load sheets or voice-pick systems
• Identify and mark load tickets for items that are out of stock
• Wrap and secure completed pallets for delivery
• Submit paperwork for order verification and truck inspections before loading
• Stage finished pallets and load them into trucks
• Complete and properly store partial or mixed pallets
• Demonstrate reliable and consistent attendance

• Ability to lift and handle cases weighing 20–45 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
• Capacity to work in a physically demanding environment with constant movement
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and compliance with documentation standards
• Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness within the warehouse
