Keeping both these in mind Pepsico wants to internalize all data requirements without losing focus on the pulse of consumers. This gave rise to Pepsico’s Hyderabad Global Business Center which supports Global businesses towards understanding data and consumers better
Pepsico’s Hyderabad Consumer Insights team inhouses 4 broad capabilities i.e. Brands and Communications, Social Listening and Always On Engine, Product and Data Strategies and last but not the least Innovations
This role is that of a generalist wherein the individual will be required to have all round knowledge about communication testing, innovation testing along with brand tracking. Later depending upon the requirement the role may turn into a specialist role as well.
This role will be part of the sector team and will be required to work with global teams to deliver quality analysis on all the three capabilities, trainings, provide subject matter expertise to S&T and sector teams

Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Individual contributor role
- S&T Capability custodian – Subject matter expert of the capability Brand & Communication and Innovation
- Stakeholder management
- Delivery of Quality outputs with actionable insights for all the three capabilities – Brand tracking, Communication testing, and Innovation testing
- Support project-based storytelling and recommendations – provide objective, expert perspective (“so what”, “why” and “what to do” synthesis) to Sector Insights teams across the globe
- Gain expertise on the BBE & Ada tools – support on methology/interpretation enquiries and answer sector, S&T and BU questions and provide analytical support as needed
- Winning stakeholder trust by showing understanding business context
- Support expansion of tools to new markets and categories via developing and training the new stakeholders on all the three capabilities
- Generate and evangelise CI capability across the organization
Qualifications
- 7-8 years experience in quantitative market research, ideally with prior experience in innovation testing (IPSOS / BASES), Brand tracking (Kantar) and Ad testing (Link)
- Existing research methodology knowledge, experience in giving actionable business recommendations based on learnings/synthesis of data
- Good analytic, communication and project management skills. Fluent in English – spoken and written.
- Experience of working with global, regional and local insights professionals a plus
