Technical Support Engineer
Are you a curious problem-solver who enjoys understanding the “why” and working with technology? We’re looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Technical Support team, helping customers troubleshoot issues and find effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support inquiries and assist with application troubleshooting and testing
- Support product selection and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams on research, testing, and issue resolution
- Manage RMA processes and maintain accurate customer and service records
- Develop technical content (e.g., how-to guides, videos, and documentation)
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and customer engagements
- Support affiliates and cross-functional teams as needed
- Maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and organized work environment
- Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
