The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing diverse recruitment processes and will preferably have exposure to technology stack hiring. This role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality talent pipelines in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using professional recruitment tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong background in technology recruitment (software, IT, engineering roles preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
