Title : Sr. ETL Developer (Matillion + Snowflake) Location: Remote (India) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3–6 Months Work Hours: Must work US business hours from India or maintain at least 4–5 hours overlap

Project Overview The project involves migrating from SAP BO Data Services (BODS) running on SQL Server to a modern Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse using Matillion ETL . The Senior ETL Developer will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines to support this migration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration of ETL workflows from SAP BO Data Services to Matillion ETL . Design, develop, and optimize scalable ELT pipelines for Snowflake. Analyze existing SQL Server–based ETL logic and translate it into Matillion components.

Work closely with data architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements.

Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and best practices in Snowflake.

Troubleshoot ETL issues and provide production support during migration.

Document technical designs, data flows, and transformation logic.

Collaborate with US-based teams with required daily overlap.

Required Skills & Experience

5–8+ years of ETL development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Matillion ETL (mandatory). Solid expertise in Snowflake (warehousing concepts, SQL, performance tuning). Prior experience migrating from SAP BO Data Services (BODS) is highly preferred. Strong SQL skills, especially on SQL Server . Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Understanding of ELT/ETL best practices, orchestration, and data modeling.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
