As a Building Information Modelling Co-ordinator, you will support the Facilities Management Department by developing, maintaining, and implementing digital systems. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will ensure the integrity of models and systems while establishing BIM standards. Your expertise will help optimize decision-making and performance throughout asset lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain AutoCAD and BIM models accurately
- Perform clash detection and model audits for consistency
- Provide technical support for AutoCAD and BIM tools
- Develop BIM standards and process improvements
- Conduct site visits for data verification and updates
Requirements
- Degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Certification in AutoCAD Revit, Navisworks, or similar
- Three years of experience in BIM for large projects
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with full privileges
