As a Building Information Modelling Co-ordinator, you will support the Facilities Management Department by developing, maintaining, and implementing digital systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain AutoCAD and BIM models accurately
• Perform clash detection and model audits for consistency
• Provide technical support for AutoCAD and BIM tools
• Develop BIM standards and process improvements
• Conduct site visits for data verification and updates

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Technology or related field
• Certification in AutoCAD Revit, Navisworks, or similar
• Three years of experience in BIM for large projects
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with full privileges
