Working with the Energy & Sustainability team, this role will manage projects that aim to reduce utility costs while improving building efficiency. Candidates must possess strong experience in data analytics and project oversight. Your contributions will be essential in promoting energy savings and environmental responsibility within schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating the Energy Conservation and Demand Management Plan
- Oversee organization-wide energy retrofit initiatives
- Analyze utility consumption and identify savings
- Prepare compliance reports for energy consumption
- Engage students through sustainability campaigns
Requirements
- Degree in Energy Management or Environmental Science
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) required
- Minimum 3 years in utilities management or conservation
- Strong knowledge of building systems and legislation
- Valid Ontario Driver's License for travel
