📝 Rquirements:

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy and UX writing
• Proven portfolio showcasing impactful work
• Strong strategic thinking and pragmatic judgment skills
• Ability to create precise micro-copy and scalable content systems
• Experience thriving in collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining brand voice and tone guidelines
• Knowledge of metrics for tracking content effectiveness and business impact

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Develop scalable content frameworks across the product experience
• Define voice, tone, and messaging strategy according to brand guidelines
• Create user-centered content that enhances engagement and learning outcomes
• Structure information hierarchies and advise on navigation to support users effectively
• Write clear and concise UX copy for navigation, onboarding, error messages, and instructional content
• Define key metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and its impact on business
• Approach open-ended problems with strategic clarity and vision
• Consider the content ecosystem holistically in relation to the user journey
• Guide content testing and user research for clarity and consistency
• Utilize data for iterative improvements to the content experience, including pilots and A/B testing
• Create content for AI-driven teaching and learning experiences
