Carrier Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Source and book carriers for loads using platforms like DAT.
• Make outbound calls to carriers to negotiate rates and secure capacity.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and trucking companies.
• Ensure timely load coverage and smooth shipment execution.
• Track loads and proactively resolve issues or delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams and update customers on load status.
• Verify carrier compliance (insurance, safety, documentation).
• Work in alignment with US time zones and understand US geography.

Requirements

• Experience in US logistics / freight brokerage.
• Hands-on experience with DAT or similar load boards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
