We are seeking a individual who is passionate about the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and excited to grow and advance their career within the ABA field. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality services.

Job responsibilities Supervised Senior Therapist

• Able to implement therapy as needed .
• Graphing and summarizing data for review.
• Participation in team meetings.
• Excellent communication skills with children, family members, and supervisor.
• Passionate about helping children and families, and providing services of the highest standards.
• Reviewing, Updating, and maintaining binders.
• Able to implement therapy as needed .
• Must be available to work on weekends and late evenings until 7 pm and some mornings starting 8:30 am as needed
• Train staff on accurate data collection methods, including participation data, Antecedent–Behaviour–Consequence (ABC) data and skill acquisition programs.
• Coaches and supports staff, modelling professional behaviour, effective communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Offers guidance and recommendations to promote ongoing improvement in clinical practices.
• Completes fidelity and treatment-integrity checks to assess staff fidelity with Behaviour reduction plan and Skill Acquisition program plans and reports outcomes to the Clinical Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Pursuing BCBA/RBA is highly encouraged to apply
• Enrolled in Master Program in ABA field

Other requirements

• Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases.
• The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
• The ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/ or crawl for extended periods.
