Financial Planning Analyst for Business Strategies

Drive financial strategy as a Senior FP&A Analyst. Collaborate closely with finance and cross-functional teams to support comprehensive forecasting and implement robust financial reporting solutions.

In this strategic role, you’ll manage forecasting processes and lead initiatives to improve financial reporting through an in-house tool. Partner with teams across the business to identify financial performance drivers, develop actionable insights, and prepare detailed reporting materials for leadership. Your expertise will also be critical in enhancing automation and data quality using advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly financial forecasting and planning efforts
• Co-lead initiatives to improve financial reporting tools
• Collaborate with various teams on financial performance analysis
• Develop financial models supporting strategic initiatives
• Generate reporting materials for senior leadership

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance
• Exceptional Excel modeling and data management skills
• Ability to explain financial data clearly
• Familiarity with Tableau, Sage Intacct, or Snowflake is beneficial
• Excellent organizational skills under tight deadlines
