Restoration Project Managers work with owners and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will supervise the restoration, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.

We are looking for individuals with a strong sales background who are comfortable being compensated on commission. If you are self-motivated and like your paycheck to depend on your ability to produce, this job is for you. At Paul Davis ,the only thing limiting your earning potential is how hard you are willing to work.

The ideal Restoration Project Manager:

• 2(+) Years Restoration Industry Experience
• Familiar with Xactanalysis, Xactimate and Contractor Connection
• Is self-motivated
• Likes working with people
• Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
• Thrives under high stress situations
• Has excellent communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Is willing to work hard

Construction project management experience is preferred, but not necessary. Some sales experience is preferred. Compensation is based on experience. No limit to earning potential. If you demand more from yourself than others demand from you, this is the place for you.

Pay: $70,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
