Job Information: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and can support the marketing communications team. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can independently prioritize projects, collaborate across departments, and deliver marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a marketing professional with a background in social media content creation, event coordination, digital marketing and copywriting. They are both analytical and creative.
What you’ll do…
- Support the marketing communications team by drafting marketing copy
- Writing and maintain content management systems for websites
- Generating Social Media content
- Works closely and effectively with multiple departments
- Deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on deadline
Who you are …
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-3+ years of marketing experience
- Experience in media, advertising, or OOH industry is a strong asset
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in French a strong asset for National communications)
- Proven experience in social media content generation, event coordination, maintaining websites, copywriting
Technical Skills
- Project management tools (experience with Asana strongly preferred)
- Google Ads / Google Analytics
- SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar)
- Website CMS platforms (Storyblok or equivalent)
- Social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Leadership & Initiative – Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and drives results.
- Organization & Time Management – Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinking – Align marketing tactics with broader business goals.
- Creativity & Innovation – Develop engaging marketing materials.
- Analytical Mindset – Use data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Collaboration – Works effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
