At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Support Specialist - Parts & Service to join our fast paced, energetic organization. This position is worked remotely based out of Saskatchewan, Western Manitoba, or Eastern Alberta.

As a Support Specialist, you will collaborate with our Parts & Service teams to provide interdepartmental customer call support for all Pattison Ag locations, allowing our front line teams to focus on delivering an engaging and responsive customer experience at the local branch level. Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary external customer service (professional phone etiquette, attentive listening, timely responses), and support on site employees to better serve customers
  • Setup and maintain ticketing system through customer calls, texts, and emails
  • Provide flexibility through extended business hours, weekends, holidays, and when there is overflow call volume during high peak periods
  • Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound communications for both Parts & Service, timely follow up on outstanding ticket inquiries
  • Identify and document customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to customer inquiries
  • Seize opportunities to promote and sell the company's products/services when they arise
  • Provide feedback on ways to improve communication and workflows between all internal/external partners
  • Provide locations support after hours on work order initiation for technician's and technician dispatch
  • Share best practices amongst colleagues
  • Complete related administration tasks as needed
  • Participate in special company/department projects assigned by the Support Team Manager
  • Maintain accurate internal/external records that meet requirements
  • Participation in meetings and training as required

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in the agriculture industry as a Parts, Service, or Precision Ag Technician, in a customer facing or support role
  • Vocational or technical training in Parts or Service is a definite asset or a combination of education and experience
  • Strong interpersonal/teamwork, analytical & problem solving skills
  • Effective communication, active listening and empathy
  • Self motivated, driven, detail oriented
  • Advanced machinery knowledge preferably John Deere
  • Ability to operate in parts catalog and service advisor
  • Proficient on the computer & Microsoft Office
  • Multi tasking ability
  • Valid driver's licence, ability to work remotely and travel as needed
