Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based at PATTATH DENTAL CLINIC in Kerala, India. The Dentist will perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing restorative procedures, preventive treatments, basic endodontic care, extractions, and other general dental services, while maintaining strict infection control and clinical safety standards. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene, explaining treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and documenting clinical records accurately. The Dentist will collaborate with clinic staff to manage appointments efficiently, support a positive patient experience, and contribute to the clinic’s quality standards and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution, with valid registration/license as required in India.
• Proficiency in core clinical dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, basic endodontics, extractions, and preventive care.
• Strong commitment to infection control, sterilization protocols, patient safety, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain procedures clearly, build patient trust, and work cooperatively with clinical and administrative staff.
• Good clinical documentation skills and comfort using dental practice management or electronic record systems.
• Ability to manage a steady patient flow, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a busy clinical setting.
• Willingness to participate in continued professional development, stay updated on current dental practices, and adopt new techniques or technologies as appropriate.
• Previous experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred; recent graduates with strong clinical training and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
