Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee the overall administration and functioning of the school and Skill Development Centre

Supervise and monitor the performance of the Principal and ensure academic excellence

Ensure effective implementation of school policies, systems, and processes.

Act as a bridge between Trustees, Principal, and staff for smooth communication.

Provide daily updates and reports to Trustees on operations, performance, and key issues

Monitor staff performance, discipline, and operational efficiency.

Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with education regulations, statutory requirements, and safety standards

Drive admissions strategy and support growth initiatives.

Review and improve systems for academics, administration, and student development.

Handle escalations, parent concerns, and critical decision-making

Oversee functioning and growth of the Skill Development Centre, including course quality and outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in school administration or educational leadership.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Ability to supervise senior roles like Principal effectively.

Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in handling compliance, operations, and institutional management

High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
