At Patiova, our Sales Representative will primarily support our nationwide wholesale customers while offering support to our retail customers with a raving fans mindset. What You'll Do

• Maintain existing dealer relationships
• Reach out and follow up with new prospective dealers/customers
• Present new prospects with furniture and playset packages
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up with customers and dealers.
• Build strong relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Working at events including home shows, open houses, retail events, and our annual Outdoor Living Summit.
• 80% in office work, 20% on the road meeting with existing and prospective dealers

• Strong communicator who connects easily with people.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRMs.
• Detail-oriented and organized: able to manage multiple projects at once
• Self-motivated and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Creative, solutions-driven, and eager to take initiative.
• Positive, professional, and able to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 years of sales experience (retail or B2B preferred).
• Customer service experience is a strong plus
