Job Description

Step into the role of Sales Agronomist and provide superior agronomic services to clients. Partner with a dedicated team to foster growth and innovation in the industry.

As a key player in the Crop Inputs team, you will work under the guidance of the Location Manager. Your focus will involve providing exceptional customer service, achieving business targets, and identifying new agronomy consulting avenues. You'll also support other agronomists and collaborate on innovative product promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly advise customers on agronomy matters
  • Meet and report on sales and business objectives
  • Lead and grow the agronomy service program
  • Assist and train other agronomists and staff
  • Drive innovation in collaboration with suppliers

Requirements

  • Maintain P. Ag or CCA designation
  • Degree in Agriculture or relevant discipline
  • 2-3 years in sales agronomy preferred
  • Experience in management roles considered beneficial
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
