About the Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in driving national recruitment efforts and shaping how we attract and hire top dental and corporate talent. This individual will lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment while acting as a trusted partner to operational leaders across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who loves to “win the day” operationally—moving quickly, staying highly organized, and delivering results—while also contributing to longer-term talent strategies, pipeline development, and workforce planning.
What You’ll Work On
Full-Cycle Recruitment Excellence
- Lead high-volume recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles nationwide, including Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Associate Dentists, Specialists, and clinic leadership roles.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while moving with speed and urgency.
- Manage multiple requisitions across regions with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Business Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to Regional Directors, Clinic Managers, and HR, deeply understanding hiring needs and business goals.
- Provide market insights, hiring trends, and consultative guidance to influence talent decisions.
- Balance competing priorities while ensuring alignment with operational and growth objectives.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels (Dayforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networks, referrals) to attract high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Continuously explore new and creative sourcing strategies to stay ahead in competitive markets.
Operational Excellence & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment data in Dayforce, ensuring pipelines and reporting are always up to date.
- Track and analyze key metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to drive continuous improvement.
- Bring structure and discipline to a fast-moving recruitment environment.
Strategic Talent Initiatives
- Contribute to the development and execution of scalable recruitment strategies aligned with company growth.
- Support early talent initiatives (internships, co-ops, new grads) and build relationships with post-secondary institutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness.
Brand & Market Presence
- Represent Passion Dental Group at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for our culture and values.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field (CHRP/RPR is an asset).
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including significant experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in healthcare or dental recruitment is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to operate as a true business partner, not just a recruiter.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly while maintaining quality.
- Proficiency with Dayforce Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and modern sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for both execution and strategy.
