Event Marketing Specialist----weekend position

Passanante’s Home Food Service, established in 1916, is looking for energetic, outgoing Event Marketing Representatives to join our growing team! We promote all-natural, healthier food products at local trade shows, fairs, and community events — and we need people who can own the room.

What’s in it for you?

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain clean, organized marketing kits and displays
• Engage event attendees to generate warm leads for appointment setters
• Keep a professional and inviting booth presence
• Prepare and distribute food samples to potential customers
• Represent Passanante’s with enthusiasm and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Available weekends (Fri–Sun); occasional Thursdays
• Willing to travel within your assigned territory (up to 2 hours — travel time paid!)
• Flexible and able to visit multiple events for training or quality control
• Punctual, reliable, and organized
• Enjoy talking to people and promoting healthy food options
• Able to stand for the duration of events
• Ability to set up and tear down a kit (mandatory)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, computer access, and smartphone with GPS

Compensation & Bonuses:

• $16/hour for event work
• $25 setup & $25 takedown per event
• Travel pay at $15/hour one way-flat rate
• Weekly production bonuses for leads, appointments, and sales
• $25 show find bonus for new events booked & approved
• Quarterly food bonus after 6 months
• Referral bonuses & additional incentives
