Position Overview

Parul University Goa invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and committed academicians for faculty positions in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) under the Parul College of Applied and Health Sciences (PCAHS). The selected candidates will be key contributors to delivering quality education, advancing research, and supporting the academic growth of healthcare professionals.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Assistant Professor: Master’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a relevant allied health discipline
• Associate Professor / Professor: Master’s Degree in the relevant field; Ph.D. preferred

Experience & Skills:

• Relevant teaching experience in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Strong academic background with an inclination toward research and innovation
• Candidates with research publications, laboratory/industry exposure, or clinical experience will be given preference
• Knowledge of modern diagnostic techniques and laboratory standards is desirable
