Experienced Project Manager for ICI Construction

• Lead project management for ICI construction initiatives
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
• Identify and address project risks throughout the lifecycle
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with OHSA and building codes Requirements:
• 5+ years of PM experience with an ICI General Contractor
• Proven delivery of commercial or institutional projects
• Strong knowledge of construction financials and drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
