With a team of experienced, passionate, and talented technicians and engineers, we’ve successfully completed over 150 projects. We are now seeking a Field Supervisor/Manager to lead the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of our solar power plants and other sites. Role Responsibilities

• Leading the responsibility of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of 1 MW Plant in Magarwada, Daman and 3MW, 900- & 400-kW plant in Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
• Supervise O&M activites of all rooftop sites
• Monitor and report key parameters related to plant generation, operations, and maintenance across all plants.
• Supervise a team of technicians and engineers to ensure optimal plant performance
• Lead new projects in the region
• Monitor plant operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational standards
• Implement and oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring efficiency and reliability

Skills Required

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Word.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.

Desirable/Bonus (not essential) skills

• Proficiency in creating detailed digital layouts and designs for solar power plants using industry-standardsoftware (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst etc) including site planning, system sizing, and component placement.

This is a full-time onsite role in DNH & DD area. Frequent traveling to different sites will be required.
