Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management in our Chartered Accountant firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior management
  • Coordinate with clients regarding documentation, follow-ups, and deadlines
  • Assist in handling emails, drafting professional communication, and maintaining records
  • Maintain and update client databases and files (physical & digital)
  • Track important compliance deadlines (GST, Income Tax, ROC, etc.)
  • Handle office coordination, vendor communication, and general administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (B.Com / BBA preferred)
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email drafting
  • Basic understanding of accounting/taxation concepts

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
