Summary Of The Role Manage warehouse operation in the in-plant warehouse in Dahej, Gujarat and manage the 3PL who is working in in-plant and external warehouses in Gujarat by ensuring seamless customer delivery, execution, scalability, efficiency, and compliance. Drive cost optimization, innovation, agility, and competitiveness while leading warehouse operations.

Lead projects, monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and standardize SOPs to achieve operational excellence. Foster continuous improvement, strategic execution, and collaboration with key stakeholders, including finance, HSE, Supply Chain, plant operations, regional logistics and HR. A proactive, execution-focused leader with expertise in warehouse operations, process improvement, and supply chain efficiency.

Ensure safety, productivity, and compliance with regional regulations.

• Scope & Scale: Manage warehouses (both in-plant and external) in Gujrat, India and managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• End-to-end warehouse operations execution: Manage inventory control, inbound receipts, outbound customer deliveries and overall warehouse activities to ensure seamless execution.
• Capacity & Scalability: Optimize storage efficiency and throughput for warehouse operations.
• Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: Maintain regular engagement with regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Process Standardization & Benchmarking: Collaborate with regional logistics teams to benchmark performance, enhance agility, and implement process improvements.
• Hands-On & Independent Leadership: Engage with teams at all levels, driving operational excellence and innovation.
