Because ownership focuses on business operations and marketing, we are seeking an experienced, passionate Lead Barber to run the shop floor, maintain technical quality, and build a premier team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier haircuts, fades, shaves, and grooming services.
• Act as the technical leader of the shop floor, ensuring high standards of sanitation and customer service.
• Assist ownership in vetting, interviewing, and auditioning incoming barbers (evaluating technical skills/demo cuts).
• Foster a professional, welcoming, and high-energy shop culture.

Requirements

• Valid Maryland Barber License (Active and in good standing).
• 3+ years of experience behind the chair with a strong portfolio of modern cuts and technical skill.
• Strong communication skills and a leadership mindset.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a clean presentation.
