Job Description
Enhance digital marketing operations as a Digital Marketing Manager. Drive engagement and conversion through optimized website experiences and targeted marketing campaigns, all within a remote-first culture. You'll own digital marketing execution and analysis, focusing on the performance of website, email, and paid media channels.
Develop and implement CRO strategies, manage SEO/AEO initiatives, and build scalable lifecycle programs using HubSpot. Collaboration with marketing teams will be key to align on high-intent traffic strategies, ensuring improved engagement and pipeline results. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize website performance to boost conversions
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and creative
- Execute organic growth initiatives through SEO and AEO
- Partner with product marketing to enhance traffic generation
- Develop and manage lifecycle marketing strategies in HubSpot Requirements:
- 4+ years B2B digital marketing experience necessary
- Proven ability in website performance and conversion strategies
- Marketing automation expertise (HubSpot preferred)
- Familiarity with agency management for paid media
