As our <strong>Sales Manager, West</strong>, you’ll stand at the helm of a high-octane team of <strong>7-10 Enterprise Account Executives</strong>, reporting directly to the <strong>VP of Sales</strong>. This isn't just about hitting a multi-million dollar annual target—it's about the strategy, the mentorship, and the relentless pursuit of excellence that gets us there.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Location: You MUST be based in Chicago or west&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you need to succeed&nbsp;</strong></span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Your journey begins by crafting a bespoke <strong>regional strategy</strong> and execution plan for every rep on your team. You aren’t just a boss; you are a coach, a mentor, and a talent scout. From hiring the next generation of sales stars to providing the hands-on training that turns "potential" into "performance," you oversee the growth of your direct reports with precision and empathy.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you bring to the table</strong></span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our creators. By working hand-in-hand with the <strong>Director of Business Development</strong>, you’ll ignite pipeline growth that sustains our momentum. You’ll also serve as the voice of the customer, feeding vital insights back to our <strong>Product, Engineering, and Marketing</strong> teams to ensure we are always delivering the most innovative solutions in the SaaS landscape.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Veteran’s Edge:</strong> You have <strong>7+ years</strong> of smashing quotas in the enterprise software/SaaS world and at least <strong>3 years</strong> of experience leading teams of this caliber.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The C-Suite Navigator:</strong> You have a proven track record of walking into boardrooms, speaking the language of <strong>C-level customers</strong>, and closing the kind of large, complex deals that others dream of.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Analytical Architect:</strong> You lead a metrics-driven organization that knows how to balance the "big fish" enterprise deals with the steady flow of semi-transactional business.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You will stand out if you have</strong></span></h3> <p>We’re looking for someone who brings a little extra "spark" to the role:</p> <ul> <li>A <strong>consultative soul</strong> who views relationship building as an art form.</li> <li>A deep, technical curiosity for <strong>web infrastructure</strong> and content management software.</li> <li>The kind of <strong>leadership</strong> that inspires career development and long-term loyalty.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Are you ready to write the next great chapter of our Western success?</strong></span></p> <p data-start="276" data-end="515"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The US on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $227,520–$316,000 USD annually.
