Organizations including Clorox and the United Nations drive results through accelerated development and real-time publishing using Pantheon’s collaborative workflows.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Pantheon is seeking a Contract Technical Sourcer (6 months, 40 hours/week) to join our Talent team and help us scale our Engineering teams.</p> <p>This isn't a single-team sourcing role. You'll hold hiring context across multiple teams simultaneously - sourcing for roles ranging from SWE I to Principal engineers and Directors of Engineering. You'll partner closely with full-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines for highly technical roles while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.</p> <p>If you're energized by developer-tools and open-source technology, thrive on complexity, and know how to move fast without losing context, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact.</p> <p>📍 <strong>Open to remote candidates across the US, with a preference for those based in the Eastern Time zone.</strong></p> <p><strong>What You Need to Succeed</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles across multiple teams and geographies</li> <li>Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate on leveling, and build strong pipelines</li> <li>Develop creative sourcing strategies using boolean search, talent mapping, passive outreach, referrals, and community engagement to reach hard-to-find technical talent</li> <li>Build market intelligence to support hiring decisions: competitor JD analysis, compensation benchmarking, pipeline health reporting, and regional talent mapping</li> <li>Champion a thoughtful, human-first candidate experience with clear communication, timely outreach, and strong storytelling about Pantheon's mission and platform</li> <li>Support equity and inclusion initiatives within sourcing strategy and pipeline development</li> <li>Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve sourcing effectiveness</li> <li>Build proactive pipelines ahead of need, including planning for both anticipated and unanticipated attrition</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring to the Table</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with proven success hiring for engineering roles across tech stacks including Go, Python, JavaScript (React, Node, Next.js), GCP or similar</li> <li>Deep understanding of sourcing strategies with the ability to build targeted pipelines for hard-to-reach profiles</li> <li>Comfort sourcing across seniority levels simultaneously, with an understanding of how leveling affects candidate targeting and positioning</li> <li>Power-user proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (or a comparable ATS)</li> <li>Strong communication, project management, and storytelling skills - you can represent Pantheon's culture and mission authentically in every interaction</li> <li>A passion for candidate experience, inclusive hiring, and building diverse teams</li> <li>Ability to operate effectively in a distributed, async-first environment with shifting priorities</li> <li>Have sourced across multiple geographies simultaneously, including NA and EMEA markets</li> <li>Have a strong network of senior engineers and technical leaders and familiarity with open-source communities and WebOps platforms</li> <li>Experience sourcing for both IC and management/leadership roles, including Engineering Directors and Principal Engineers</li> <li>Proven ability to operate in a high-velocity environment with a significant volume of open roles</li> </ul> <p>Hourly rate:&nbsp;</p> <p>US-based candidates: $72 - $80 USD/hour</p> <p>Pantheon is an equal-opportunity employer and we welcome applications from all backgrounds regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or any other classification protected by law.
