We are looking for a Regional Field Engineering Manager to oversee and coordinate field engineering operations across multiple locations within a designated region. This role involves managing teams of field engineers, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects, and maintaining high standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in field engineering, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include planning and allocating resources, monitoring project progress, troubleshooting technical issues, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. The Regional Field Engineering Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices, training and mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
