We are seeking a professional, execution-focused Public Policy Analyst to lead government-facing opportunities and public procurement initiatives. The role involves tracking government schemes, preparing high-quality proposals, and managing tenders through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). This position is critical to building and scaling partnerships with central and state government entities.

Track and analyze central and state government policies, schemes, and initiatives relevant to the organization.

Manage end-to-end GeM activities, including product and service listings, compliance, and bid submissions.

Coordinate with sales, product, finance, and legal teams to compile accurate and complete submissions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Law, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience with GeM portal operations and tender management.

Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with government departments, PSUs, or public-sector consulting organizations.

Direct involvement in high-impact government and policy initiatives.
