BIM Engineer / 4D Planning Engineer (Synchro 4D)

Designation : BIM Engineer / 4D Planning Engineer (Synchro 4D)

Location: Thane / Pune

Job Objective:

To develop and manage 4D construction simulations using Synchro 4D by integrating project schedules with BIM models, while ensuring effective coordination, accurate planning, and timely project delivery.

Activities & Responsibilities:

BIM Engineer with strong expertise in Synchro 4D and other BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks. The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating 4D construction simulations and Capable to deliver following Responsibilities,

• Develop and manage 4D construction sequencing using Synchro 4D.
• Integrate project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) with 3D models.
• Create high-quality 4D simulations and construction phasing videos.
• Coordinate BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other tools.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Update and maintain BIM models as per project requirements.
• Work closely with planning, design, and site teams for accurate modelling.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and outputs.
• Read, understand and execute the project as per BEP, knowledge of ISO19650 and other BIM Standards
• Knowledge of advance construction technologies like PEB, Precast, Modularization, prestress

Qualifications : B.E. or M.E. or M. Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field

Experience : 5 to 10 Yeras - Indian and International projects with BIM deliverables

Skills & Competencies :

Engineering and Problem-solving attitude Strong knowledge of Revit, BIM 360, ACC, Navisworks, Synchro Pro and Bexel manager, Primavera P6 or MS Project.Advance knowledge

Technical Qualification :

Excellent technical skills of reading and understanding of civil infrastructure drawings. Preparing 4D models Quick learning ability to grasp and extrapolate the training. Great visualization skills. Proficient communication skills.
