Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Excellence Lead (5–7 years' experience) to drive end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on process excellence, efficiency, and employee experience. This role will play a critical part in aligning HR operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and HRMS systems
  • Ensure accurate HR documentation and data management

Process Excellence & Optimization

  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and workflows
  • Identify automation opportunities and enhance HRMS utilization
  • Standardize policies and ensure process efficiency

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and company policies
  • Maintain audit readiness and documentation

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Support engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth HR service delivery and query resolution

Performance & Reporting

  • Support performance management cycles and data tracking
  • Generate HR dashboards, reports, and actionable insights

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with leadership and business teams for HR operations support
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and escalations

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
  • Experience in HRMS tools and data management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
