Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Floor Manager in the Restaurant & Bar sector.
The Floor
Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain an efficient and clean environment.
Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, coordinating training sessions, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will support the implementation of strategies to boost customer satisfaction and profitability while fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Proficiency in Communication and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, leadership, and guests.
- Experience in Operations Management, including coordinating daily operations and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Ability to provide Training and develop staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns and issues appropriately.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a managerial role, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is beneficial but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
