This Role Is About OwnershipDel Pez Mexican Gastropub is hiring a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant with full accountability for performance, team development, and guest experience.You are not here to maintain the operation. You are here to “own” it.

What You’ll Own

• Lead from the floor and own the guest experience during all service periods
• Set and enforce hospitality and execution standards
• Handle service recovery and drive consistency
• Own labor, cost control, and profitability
• Build schedules aligned with business demand
• Develop and hold management team accountable
• Maintain standards, compliance, and facility condition

• General Manager experience high volume upscale casual concepts
• High-volume full-service restaurant background
• Ability to lead from the floor
• Strong financial acumen
• Track record of developing teams
