Provide exceptional desktop support as an Expert VIP Desktop Support Technician. Focus on troubleshooting and maintaining advanced user environments while leading L3 escalations for high-profile clients.

In this specialist role, you will utilize over 10 years of experience in end-user computing and desktop operations. Key responsibilities include expertly troubleshooting Windows OS, managing Office/M365 applications, and ensuring seamless performance. A solid understanding of endpoint management solutions such as Intune or SCCM, along with knowledge of security best practices, is essential for success in this position.
