Job Description
Truebody Division (Imported Gym Equipment).
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Channel Manager to join our Truebody Division, specializing in Imported gym equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing dealer/distributor networks, driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong business relationships within the fitness equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a channel partner network for imported gym equipment.
2. Achieve sales targets and drive business growth for the Truebody division.
3. Identify and expand into new market opportunities across regions.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
6. Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in channel sales/management (preferably in fitness equipment or related industry).
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Leadership ability with experience in handling teams.
4. Target-driven with a strong market-oriented approach.
