• Job Description:-
• Engage and Co-ordination with legal firms and external legal Counsels to initiate pre litigation and litigation.
• Handling litigation (Land related) across all forums of the judiciary, briefing the Counsels, appearance before the appropriate forums, update on daily basis all listed court matters, circulation of MIS to the management on weekly basis.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies to advocate company’s issues / positions.
• To appraise the team of the legal applications, flag on critical cases, monitor and to tackle a given situation within the required time.
• To co-ordinate with the inter-functional teams and external authorities to correlate documents, information, etc., to complete the task within the required time.
• To assist with documentation, due-diligence, drafting of all contracts, deeds, agreements, and any other documents relating to real estate development or procurement of land, etc.,
• To co-ordinate with vendors, their lawyers, etc., in obtaining documents, court papers, necessary for the Land acquisition, Issue/reply to notices, etc.,
• To liaise with all government departments– kiadb, khb, National highway, Quasi-Judicial authorities, revenue departments, etc., for obtaining documents and information.
• Skills:-
• Good communication both verbally and written.
• Fluency in both English and Kannada.
• Technically to be informed in basic computer knowledge with MS Office, power point presentation.
