Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage corporate clients, travel agents, and local business partners to drive room and banquet sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while generating new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales visits, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with Revenue and Operations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
