Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage corporate clients, travel agents, and local business partners to drive room and banquet sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while generating new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales visits, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with Revenue and Operations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
