Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide ERP customer support services for enterprise-level IM/IT solutions.
• Support aerospace equipment business management operations and related IT systems.
• Develop implement and manage projects related to aerospace and military systems.
• Provide operational guidance on ERP system usage and business processes.
• Support the development of data governance structures and documentation.
• Deliver site management support for enterprise resource planning users.
• Conduct business analysis to identify system requirements workflows and improvements.
• Monitor and manage user profiles access and system configuration changes.
• Evaluate existing procedures and recommend improvements to operational processes.
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with quality management standards.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies data security standards and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing system enhancements and operations.

What You Bring To The Table

• 5+ years of experience supporting weapon system maintainers in the use of an Electronic Record Keeping System (ERKS), including ITSM functions.
• 4+ years of experience administering and coordinating SAP user account requests using SAP Solution Manager and SAP Workforce Management.
• 5+ years of experience working in a defence aviation maintenance environment.
• 5+ years of experience supporting SAP ERP users, including roles and authorization structures.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP account management using SAP Solution Manager.
• Recent experience using MS Office Suite, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Planner, MS Access, either RDIMS or GC Docs, Adobe Acrobat Reader and SAP GRC.
• College diploma or certificate in engineering, science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
