Job Description
Part time Customer Service Representative position available at Owl Cleaners in Warrendale just south of Cranberry Twp.
Starting at $16 per hour (part time ) --- Full time for benefits is considered 24 or more hours per week and could be possibly accommodated.

Requirements are a smile, a pleasant attitude and someone who LIKES dealing with customers and co-worker, and also welcoming everyone that comes into the store.
Store Hours would be approximately 1 pm to 6 pm Monday, TUES, THURS, FRI and every other Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.

Job duties include the following:
a) Provide world class client service
b)Receive, process, and distribute client garments Perform transactions as per official procedures
c) Handle complaints and concerns and follow through to resolution
d) Use Point of Sale computers for all transactions
e) Maintain store cleanliness
f) Assist co-workers as needed
