Role: Technical Service Desk & Security Support Engineer

CTC: 3 to 6 LPA (Based on Experience) - Dont apply if expecting above 6 LPA

Experience: 6 - 8 YearsYears

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT professional to handle L1 & L2 Service Desk activities along with supporting basic vulnerability management and security operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-user technical support and assisting in identifying and tracking security vulnerabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Desk (Primary Responsibility – L1 Support)

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, Outlook, printer, and network issues
  • Handle password resets and user account management (Active Directory)
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, and software
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
  • Ensure SLA compliance and proper ticket documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,175.59 - ₹52,356.00 per month
