We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT professional to handle L1 & L2 Service Desk activities along with supporting basic vulnerability management and security operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-user technical support and assisting in identifying and tracking security vulnerabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Desk (Primary Responsibility – L1 Support)
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, Outlook, printer, and network issues
- Handle password resets and user account management (Active Directory)
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and software
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
- Ensure SLA compliance and proper ticket documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹21,175.59 - ₹52,356.00 per month
