Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle drop-off to completion. Your enthusiasm for automotive repair and dedication to outstanding customer service will drive success in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
• Explain recommended services clearly, providing detailed auto estimates and options tailored to each vehicle.
• Coordinate with technicians on repair status, ensuring timely updates for customers.
• Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, brake repairs, and suspension work to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
• Manage service writing processes efficiently, including vehicle inspections, repair orders, and invoicing.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities, customer interactions, and vehicle histories.

Skills

• Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of auto service management and automotive diagnostics.
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including transmissions, diesel engines, air brakes, shocks & struts, and auto body repairs.
• Experience in automotive repair processes such as oil changes, wheel alignments, suspension work, tire services, brake repairs, and auto estimating.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
• Sales acumen with a focus on upselling services and automobile sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with service technician workflows and automotive service procedures.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
