Job Description

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HRBP is crucial in supporting employee lifecycle processes, from recruitment to onboarding.

You'll also play a vital role in employee relations, ensuring a compliant and effective delivery of HR services. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR legislation and experience in unionized environments to effectively manage inquiries and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings and interviewing
  • Guide and assist employees with HR processes
  • Monitor key performance indicators for HR functions
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Coordinate training and development programs Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience required
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
