With at least three years of experience in talent outreach and full-cycle recruitment, your insights will drive hiring success. Engage with diverse communities and under-represented groups to enrich the candidate pool while collaborating with various teams to ensure the organization's recruitment initiatives are impactful. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement targeted recruitment strategies for difficult positions
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide progress reports
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes
- Develop outreach strategies to attract diverse candidates
- Facilitate job fairs and promotional hiring events Requirements:
- Degree in human resources, communication, or related field
- CHRP or equivalent designation required
