As a Human Resources Recruitment Strategist, you will develop targeted strategies to fill critical positions effectively at OCSB.

With at least three years of experience in talent outreach and full-cycle recruitment, your insights will drive hiring success. Engage with diverse communities and under-represented groups to enrich the candidate pool while collaborating with various teams to ensure the organization's recruitment initiatives are impactful. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement targeted recruitment strategies for difficult positions
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide progress reports
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes
• Develop outreach strategies to attract diverse candidates
• Facilitate job fairs and promotional hiring events Requirements:
• Degree in human resources, communication, or related field
• CHRP or equivalent designation required
• Minimum 3 years of talent outreach experience
