In situations where required, you may personally book orders from chemists and forward them to the stockists/distributors, following up on any issues such as products near expiry, breakages/leakages during transport, and handling credit/debit notes promptly and satisfactorily with guidance from superiors. Every customer interaction should lead to a productive output, emphasizing the importance of effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Additionally, you will be tasked with organizing conferences for doctors and medical staff, attending company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings regularly. Keeping the District Sales Manager and the company informed about new market trends and competitor activities is crucial. The successful execution of the marketing plan will be a key aspect of your role.
